Location:  RHS - Multi-Purpose Room

The Parent Night Potluck will be held in the Multi-Purpose Room for all Band and Guard members.  The Rodriguez Music Boosters will provide Burgers as the main dish.  We are in need of some parent volunteers to BBQ, as well as to help out before, during and after the event. Please plan on staying after dinner to watch the kids perform their field show.

The following are the potluck food assignments are based on your student's REU section.  Please plan on having your items at the event in time for the meal to start at 6:00pm.

SIDES may include salads (potato, macaroni, beans (baked or mixed) or your specialty (mac'n cheese, potatoes, etc.); but NO GREEN SALADS, as Trombone Section is assigned this.

 

DESSERTS should be finger desserts only please.  Anything easy to share, as we will not have serving utensils or eating utensils for desserts. **Please label dessert if it has NUTS**

 

DRINKS can be a 6-pack of CANNED soda or 6 bottled waters.
