A Message from the Band Director

Dear RHSEU Student Supporters,

Monday March 23rd the Music Room at Rodriguez High School will be open from 8:00 am to 10:20 am for instrument, music, and equipment pickup. In keeping in line with "Social Distancing" I will be allowing one student in the music room at a time to grab your instruments and Color Guard equipment. If you play in multiple ensembles please take all equipment necessary for Jazz Band, Symphonic Band, Advanced Symphonic Band, and Concert Band.  We will do this by last name in alphabetical order. Please line up your car on Fermi road and I will signal you to pull forward, walk through the small gate and up the steps to the back porch to collect your belongings. Those students who would like to take home a Marimba, Xylophone, or Vibraphone, or any marching percussion please make your own arrangements to be able to transport the instrument.

~~~Timeline ~~~
Alphabetical order by Last Name
A ~~~ D          8:00 am
E ~~~ H          8:20 am
I ~~~ L            8:40 am
M ~~~ P          9:00 am
Q ~~~ T          9:20 am
U ~~~ X          9:40 am
Y & Z              10:00 am
This is not a time for everyone to get out their cars and be "Social". I will also not be meeting with parents at this time, all questions and concerns will need to be done through email, no one-on-one conversation. Please adhere to these guidelines. Thank you for your flexibility in this ever-changing situation. I will be setting up google classroom, and other platforms to start instruction to all students within the music program at Rodriguez High School. Please check email on a regular basis for upcoming assignments. This will be a learning curve for all involved, I ask for your patience and help moving to this platform of instruction.
