The Rodriguez High School Entertainment Unit will be hosting our 3rd Annual Tournament of Champions on Saturday, November 16th, 2024, where schools compete in Jazz/Concert, Parade, and Field Show Competitions..

CONCESSION INFORMATION:

​

There will be an assortment of great food, drinks, and snacks for participants and spectators for purchase.

This is a fundraising event and we encourage all participants to support our event by purchasing food at the concession stands and from vendors in and around the stadium. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

HOSPITALITY:

The Director’s Hospitality area will be located in Rodriguez High School Teacher Staff Lounge and will be open from 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM. We will be serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all adjudicators, directors and staff.  

 

FIRST AID:

Check in at Hospitality.

​

 

RESTROOMS:

Restrooms are located around the RHS campus and in the Stadium

FIELD SHOW ADMISSION:

Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for students and senior citizens, free for children 5 and under. Tickets can be purchased in advance through the link, or on the day of the event.

 

Gates will open promptly at 4:00 pm

Important Information

​

EVENT SPECTATOR PARKING:
Free spectator parking is located throughout the neighborhood surrounding Rodriguez High School. Please respect our neighbors and do not block driveways! See map for details.

​

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO:

Still cameras (digital or film, professional or otherwise) are allowed into the stadium and may be used from stadium seating. Tripods or other similar equipment that may obstruct the view or path of travel of others in seating areas are not allowed. Drones are not permitted at this event.

 

Any liability associated with unauthorized recordings will rest with the individual or organization making the recording. NCBA and the Rodriguez Entertainment Unit do not condone, nor accept any liability for, any unauthorized recording during the event. NO flash photography is permitted.

AIRGRAMS/SHOUT-OUTS:
We will also be offering Shout Outs for $2. Our announcer will read your message before or after your group performs. Look for the table in the stadium.

​

PROGRAMS:

Programs will be sold at the entrance gate for field show, Programs will be $3

​

HOSPITALITY:

FIRST AID:
Locate any RHS/REU volunteer to contact our mobile first aid team as they will be walking around campus.

 

WEATHER ANNOUNCEMENT:

Competitions will be held rain or shine.
